Since then she has edited hundreds of authors and recommends to literary agents worldwide, predominantly in the UK, US and Australia.
In 2014 she was named Publishing Rising Star by the Bookseller UK. In 2015 she moved to LA to scout books for film and tv producers. She ran the Authors' Club at Soho House West Hollywood from 2015-2017. In 2026 she launched a new venture for screenwriters to access the publishing industry, Two Script Studio.

Her career in agenting, scouting and editing started in London over two decades ago. Previously she worked at a literary agency, for a literary scout and as a commissioning editor for a major publishing house.
